Job Title: Inside Sales Representative
Location: St. John's, NL
Shift Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Hourly Rate: $21.00 per hour

Advantage Personnel is partnering with our client to find a highly motivated and detail-oriented Inside Sales Representative for a client in St. John's. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business, managing inbound and outbound sales opportunities, and building strong relations with clients over phone, email, and in person meetings.

Responsibilities:

• Identifying, qualify, and follow up on sales leads
• Collaborate in marketing and account management teams
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Deliver product/service presentations via phone, in person, or video calls
• Maintain and update customer records in CRM systems
• Manage inbound inquiries and convert them into sales opportunities

Requirements:

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or call center environment
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Experience in CRM tools
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Strong negotiation skills
