What is the opportunity?
RBC Cards is one of the leading credit card businesses in Canada and is a
strong contributor to Canadian Banking's revenues and profits. The business has grown tremendously in the last five years, driven by our strong suite of Credit Card products and innovative marketing efforts.
As the Manager, Acquisition, Premium Co-brand Cards, you will support the execution of partnership led growth initiatives across our Premium co-branded product portfolio. This is a hands on, execution focused role within a small team, requiring strong ownership, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
The role will work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to deliver campaigns, support business cases and drive measurable results across acquisitions and portfolio performance
What will you do?
Manage day to day coordination with key external partners, ensuring alignment on ongoing initiatives, deliverables and timelines
Execute acquisition campaigns end to end, partnering with internal teams (marketing, law, analytics, product, operations) to ensure timely delivery
Support development of financial business cases for new initiatives, including offer constructs, partner funding and expected ROI
Track and analyze campaign and portfolio performance, translating data into clear insights and actionable recommendations
Prepare materials for partner and internal discussions, including performance updates, proposals and post-campaign readouts
Proactively identify and resolve risks, issues and bottlenecks to ensure smooth execution.
Maintain centralized documentation of campaign approvals, ensuring all approvals are captured per business guidelines and stored for audit and stakeholder access.
Support test and learn initiatives by helping define hypotheses, tracking results and identifying opportunities for optimization
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining strong organization, prioritization and follow- through
What do you need to succeed?
Must have:
Knowledge of credit card industry
High attention to detail with a strong execution mindset
Creative problem solver with strong analytical skills with a proven ability to take a data driven approach to make decisions and strategic recommendations
Ability to manage multiple internal and external stakeholders and deliver in a fast-paced environment
Nice to have:
Experience in financial services, co-branded credit cards, loyalty, or travel partnerships
Experience building or supporting financial business cases (e.g., ROI modeling, cost/benefit analysis, partner funding structures)
Exposure to campaign execution or GTM initiatives across multiple channels
Experience working with external partners
