Your main responsibilities

  • Monitoring and maintaining up-to-date records for client accounts and reviewing accounts in arrears to ensure appropriate actions are taken.
  • Notifying debtors of overdue payments and accounts by telephone, mail, and email - including timely follow up if a reply is not received.
  • Professional handling of customer inquiries, including providing detailed customer reconciliations and statements as required.
  • Tracing and locating debtors to make payment arrangements.
  • Recommending further action or discontinuation of service on occasions where payment is not forthcoming - including liaising with Project Manager where necessary.
  • Preparing reports related to collection work.
  • Attending Operations collection meetings.
  • Billing and admin suppport when need it
  • Responds to custumer inquiries related to invoices statement or account balances.
  • Prepare and update custumer account files and documentation.
  • Assist with data entry files and general finances tasks.

  • Have 2 to 5 years of relevant experience;
  • Hold a High School Diploma or equivalent;
  • Enjoy problem solving and negotiating solutions;
  • Comfortable working in a structured environment with clear objectives and performance targets;
  • Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills.
