Job Description
What is the opportunity?
We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Retail Co-brand & Product Analytics Analyst. This role will be instrumental in providing data-driven insights and reporting to support our retail co-brand partnerships and product analytics initiatives. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including retail co-brand, finance, acquisitions, card product teams to drive informed decision-making and optimize campaign performance.
What will you do?
Retail Co-brand Analytics (50%)
Develop and maintain comprehensive reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) for retail co-brand partnerships
Analyze campaign performance, customer behavior, and market trends to provide actionable insights and recommendations
Collaborate with co-brand partners and internal stakeholders to define business requirements and translate them into analytical solutions
Support the development and execution of targeted marketing campaigns by providing data-driven insights
Monitor and analyze competitor activities and market trends to identify opportunities and risks
Product Analytics (50%)
Assist in building and maintaining dashboards and reports to support the broader cards team
Analyze product performance, customer segmentation, and usage patterns to drive product optimization
Collaborate with product managers and business stakeholders to define and track product KPIs
Develop ad-hoc analyses and insights to support product development and marketing initiatives
What do you need to succeed?
Must have:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, or a related field
2+ years of experience in analytics, reporting, or a similar role, preferably in the financial services or retail industry
Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools. PowerBI experience preferred
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
Nice to have:
Experience with statistical analysis and data modeling techniques is a plus
Familiarity with retail co-brand partnerships and marketing campaigns
Knowledge of financial services products, particularly credit cards
Experience with SQL, Python or other programming languages for data manipulation and analysis
