What is the opportunity?
We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Retail Co-brand & Product Analytics Analyst. This role will be instrumental in providing data-driven insights and reporting to support our retail co-brand partnerships and product analytics initiatives. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including retail co-brand, finance, acquisitions, card product teams to drive informed decision-making and optimize campaign performance.
What will you do?
Retail Co-brand Analytics (50%)

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) for retail co-brand partnerships

  • Analyze campaign performance, customer behavior, and market trends to provide actionable insights and recommendations

  • Collaborate with co-brand partners and internal stakeholders to define business requirements and translate them into analytical solutions

  • Support the development and execution of targeted marketing campaigns by providing data-driven insights

  • Monitor and analyze competitor activities and market trends to identify opportunities and risks

Product Analytics (50%)

  • Assist in building and maintaining dashboards and reports to support the broader cards team

  • Analyze product performance, customer segmentation, and usage patterns to drive product optimization

  • Collaborate with product managers and business stakeholders to define and track product KPIs

  • Develop ad-hoc analyses and insights to support product development and marketing initiatives

What do you need to succeed?

Must have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, or a related field

  • 2+ years of experience in analytics, reporting, or a similar role, preferably in the financial services or retail industry

  • Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools. PowerBI experience preferred

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams

Nice to have:

  • Experience with statistical analysis and data modeling techniques is a plus

  • Familiarity with retail co-brand partnerships and marketing campaigns

  • Knowledge of financial services products, particularly credit cards

  • Experience with SQL, Python or other programming languages for data manipulation and analysis
