What is the opportunity?
Role Description
As a key member of the AI Discoverability team within Marketing, you will help accelerate our content creation and insight gathering practice. Working closely with the Sr. Manager of AI Discoverability, you will build systems for scalable content creation by using AI agents to their full potential and streamlining operations where it's needed most. You will uncover insights from marketing data and deeply embed yourselves in the various functions of the department to spot opportunities to improve. This role is ideal for a driven, AI-enabled and growth-minded professional, looking to excel in a fast-paced iterative environment.
Key Accountabilities
Support SEO and AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) initiatives through data-driven insights and content recommendations
Build and optimize AI agent workflows to automate repetitive marketing content tasks and improve team efficiency
Collaborate with cross-functional marketing teams to identify process and content improvement opportunities
Analyze marketing performance data using visualization tools
Monitor key metrics across search and AI platforms, reporting trends and competitive intelligence
Assist in implementing data collection systems to measure content effectiveness and visibility
Maintain organized documentation of workflows and process improvements
Support the team in testing and iterating on AI-powered marketing experiments
Contribute to the development of scalable content strategies informed by analytics and AI capabilities
Job Requirements
Must-Have
Self-starter mentality seeking continuous learning development opportunities
Post-secondary degree/diploma in Marketing, Computer Science / Software Engineering, Data Analytics, or related with 1-3 years of relevant experience
Experience in marketing functions within fast-paced and high-volume environments
Demonstrated interest or experience with AI tools, agents, or workflow automation platforms
Strong understanding of digital marketing fundamentals, SEO principles, and content strategy
Track record of using AI tools effectively through clear prompting and iterative refinement
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis)
Excellent analytical thinking with ability to extract insights from data and translate them into action
Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail with proven ability to manage multiple projects
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
Comfort working in ambiguous environments and resourcefulness in problem-solving with available tools
Foundational coding knowledge (Python, JavaScript, or similar languages)
Must be able to work in-office in Toronto, with 1-2 day remote flexibility a week
Nice-to-Have
Experience with data visualization tools
Familiarity with web analytics platforms
Understanding of Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) and AI search
Experience building reusable prompt templates or AI agent workflows
Exposure to marketing automation platforms or process optimization tools
Experience working within the financial services industry
Previous involvement in AI implementation projects or experimentation
Background in statistical analysis or data science fundamentals
