What is the Opportunity?
As a Sr. Bilingual Recruiter, you play a pivotal role in recruiting high-performing professionals for RBC Insurance. You are a trusted advisor to business partners, a well-connected, proactive Talent Acquisition professional who thrives in building meaningful relationships and identifying top talent in a competitive market.
What will you do?
Drive end-to-end recruitment for experienced and High-Volume roles across RBC Insurance
Provide consultative recruitment support to hiring managers by developing and maintaining working relationships to understand current and future recruitment needs
Build and maintain high-potential pipelines through proactive sourcing using a variety of channels, including LinkedIn, phenom, alumni platforms, networking, campus recruitment, referrals, job fairs and more
Partner with hiring managers and HRBPs as a strategic talent advisor, providing market insights, competitive intelligence, and consultative guidance on talent acquisition strategies
Educate and transfer knowledge of staffing processes, interviewing skills and legislation to hiring managers
Contribute to projects and initiatives aimed at improving recruitment efficiency and hiring practices
Champion exceptional candidate experience and uphold RBC's brand in every interaction.
Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams including employer brand, onboarding, operations etc. to ensure seamless delivery of recruitment services
What do you need to succeed?
Must have:
Recruitment experience managing full life-cycle for high-volume and experienced, complex roles, with a strong emphasis on sourcing and market engagement
Excellent relationship building skills and proven ability to provide value added consultative service
Strong sourcing, networking, and lead generation skills to locate candidates with high demand skills across diverse markets
Results oriented mindset, demonstrated ability to balance speed with thoroughness to meet business needs while ensuring quality hires
Highly organized with excellent interpersonal, stakeholder management, and communication skills
Knowledge of best hiring practices
Experience with recruitment tools such as Workday, Phenom, LinkedIn
Bilingualism (English and French) required, as you will regularly engage with candidates and do business with RBC partners and/or employees across Canada with English and French speaking needs
Nice to have:
Strong business acumen with deep understanding of Insurance roles and competitive talent dynamics
Prior experience in Insurance or Financial institutions
Experience recruiting in multiple geographies
