CareerBeacon is looking for a creative and motivated summer student to join our Marketing team for a 10-12 week placement. This role is perfect for someone who loves social media, enjoys creating content, and wants hands-on experience running real campaigns for a growing tech company.

What You'll Be Doing

Plan and Schedule Social Content
Work with our Marketing team to organize and schedule posts across our social channels.

Monitor Engagement and Track Performance
Keep an eye on likes, comments, shares, and general engagement. You'll help pull simple analytics and share insights on what's working and where we can improve.

Create Basic Graphics and Short-form Content
Support the creation of visuals, posts, and short videos.

Research Trends and Audience Interests
Stay plugged into what's happening in the job market, recruitment space, and social platforms.

Assist with Email Marketing Campaigns
Help build and refine email outreach. You'll support layout, content organization, and list cleanup as needed.

Who You Are

  • A student currently enrolled in marketing, communications, business, or related studies
  • Familiar with major social media platforms and excited to learn more
  • Creative, organized, and curious about digital marketing
  • Comfortable writing simple copy for posts
  • Someone with a good eye for visuals and willingness to try basic design tools
  • Detail oriented and able to manage multiple small tasks
  • No professional experience required; enthusiasm and initiative go a long way
