Pay Rate: $25.00 per hour

We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced Racking Installer with a valid DZ License to join our growing team. This role involves the safe delivery, installation, and assembly of industrial racking systems at client sites. The ideal candidate is hands-on, safety-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Transport racking materials and equipment to job sites using company DZ-class vehicles
• Install and assemble warehouse racking systems according to specifications and safety standards
• Read and interpret layouts, blueprints, and installation instructions
• Load and unload materials, ensuring proper handling and securement
• Operate tools and equipment safely (drills, anchors, lifts, etc.)
• Work collaboratively with team members to complete projects on time
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Conduct pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections and comply with all transportation regulations

Qualifications:

• Valid DZ Driver's License with a clean driver's abstract
• Previous experience in racking installation, construction, or a similar field preferred
• Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physically demanding work
• Comfortable working at heights and using ladders or lift equipment
• Strong understanding of workplace safety practices
• Ability to read basic drawings or layouts is an asset
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented

Working Conditions:

• Combination of driving and on-site installation work
