Job Description
What is the opportunity?
In this role, you will work with business stakeholders to make recommendations on potential projects and initiatives. In addition, you will provide domain expertise in business and product areas to stakeholders.
What will you do?
Collect, interpret and analyze requirements from business partners
Discovery and analyze financial datasets
Closely collaborate with developers to understand, breakdown and deliver high-value initiatives
Work with business stakeholders to make recommendations on potential projects and initiatives
Provide domain expertise and consultation on business and product areas to stakeholders
Collaborate with key stakeholders to drive return on investment
Discover and assess synergies between use cases to maximize datasets
Liaise with stakeholders to ensure business goals and objectives are delivered
Have a design thinking mindset for understanding and solving problems
Work closely and collaboratively with all areas of the Data Management Office
What do you need to succeed?
Must-have
Good communication skills with facilitate on and presentation on experience
Strong problem-solving skills
Experience in financial services industry
Experience with Microsoft Office suite (excel, word, PowerPoint) and Power BI
Team player who can work with various teams and stakeholders
Degree in Finance or Analytics or equivalent, plus 2 years of relevant experience
Experience gathering requirements and analyzing custodial and/or financial data
Nice-to-have
Experience with Databricks
Experience with SQL or python
Experience with agile tools like Jira
A professional designation on like CFA, CPA

Compensation for this position (including salary and discretionary/variable payments) will be determined by factors, including but not limited to candidate's experience, skills, registration status, performance, individual goals, market conditions, and business needs.
Pay Range
The expected pay range for this position is:
$67,000.00 - $110,000.00The pay range provided is for the primary work location referenced in the Additional Job Details section of this job posting. Pay ranges may differ based on location. If the posting lists multiple job locations, a recruiter can confirm availability of the role and the relevant pay rage for the additional locations listed.
