PAL Technical Services is seeking qualified applications for the position of Technical Records Clerk at our St. John's, NL base.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Updating and maintaining a computerized maintenance system for aircraft scheduling;
• Input aircraft times into the company maintenance tracking software;
• Coordinate with maintenance planning in scheduling maintenance events and tasks;
• Update maintenance files;
• Maintaining aircraft technical log entries;
• Filing of log sheets, work orders, and related maintenance documents;
• Data entry relating to aircraft technical history and records control;
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Previous Technical Records or Aviation Maintenance experience.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Windows/Microsoft Office (Word & Excel)
• Ability to multi-task
• Efficient with a desire to succeed
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to obtain a clear Record of Conduct
