Job Title :Administrative Support - Sales Department
Location:Calgary, AB
Shift/Hours:Monday - Friday, days.
Pay Rate:$23.00 - 25.00 /hr.
Immediate opportunity for an Administrative Assistant, supporting a sales department. This 4-week term will showcase your talent with plan-grams, customer service, spreadsheets to support the team and additional tasks related to the department
Job Responsibilities:
- Preparing, editing, and proofreading documents
- Preparing, proofing, and distributing reports to the team and external clientele.
- Maintain customer database with accuracy.
- Use of Microsoft Office - mainly Excel to prepare and edit.
- Assist with presentations and projects
- Addressing emails and incoming and outgoing calls
- Support with alphanumeric data entry
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year experience in an administrative role
- Ability to multitask.
- Computer proficiency with a focus on Excel
- Detail oriented
- High school or GED equivalent
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
