Ability NB is seeking a passionate, highly motivated and results oriented Manager. The Manager is responsible for the implementation, management, supervision and evaluation of Ability NB's Rehabilitation Counselling and Seniors Navigation services with persons with a mobility disability. Ability NB's mission is to empower the independence and full community participation of persons throughout New Brunswick who have a mobility disability. Ability NB is committed to service excellence and the Manager is responsible for ensuring high quality, person-centred and strength-based programs and services.

The successful applicant must demonstrate the following qualifications:

• Strong management, program and service planning, implementation and evaluation skills
• Minimum of two years' experience in employee management, leadership and coaching
• Experience in person-centred service delivery
• Highly motivated, results-driven, innovative and resourceful
• Excellent organizational, time-management, communication, relationship-building, public-speaking and group facilitation skills
• Proven ability to network and work collaboratively with staff, volunteers, diverse stakeholders and diverse populations
• Extensive knowledge of disability government and community disability resources
• Passionate about disability issues
• Excellent writing skills
• High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of privacy legislation and demonstrated ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality
• Previous experience working with persons with a disability will be considered an asset

Salary bracket: $58,000 to $68,000 + benefit package. Valid driver's license, travel and use of own vehicle is required.
