Join the RBC Dominion Securities Management team in Oakville and take on a leadership role that makes a tangible difference. As Branch Operations Manager, you'll be the have an important role in supporting the Branch Management Team and Advisor teams while building a talent-focused, compliant, and efficient operation.
What will you do?
- Champion Talent & Development — Partner with leadership to identify, onboard, and train exceptional support staff; design and coordinate training programs that elevate team capability
- Drive Recruitment Excellence — Collaborate with HR to source, interview, and hire the right talent; build a pipeline of skilled, motivated team members
- Implement Operational Vision — Execute the Branch Manager's strategy by ensuring the branch runs efficiently, compliantly, and collaboratively
- Manage Daily Operations — Oversee transaction approvals, account openings, documentation verification, and internal controls
- Own Technology & Process — Provide system access, troubleshooting, and training to empower your team
- Ensure Compliance — Maintain regulatory and internal control standards with precision and accountability
What You Need to Succeed?
Must-Have:
- Canadian Investment Regulatory Exam (CIRE), or equivalent CIRO licensing
- Meticulous attention to detail and exceptional time management
- Superior written and verbal communication skills
- A genuine commitment to developing people and fostering a positive, inclusive workplace culture
- Initiative and problem-solving mindset
Nice-to-Have:
- RBC Dominion Securities systems and procedures knowledge
- Securities industry experience
- Demonstrated success in talent recruitment or team development

Compensation for this position (including salary and discretionary/variable payments) will be determined by factors, including but not limited to candidate's experience, skills, registration status, performance, individual goals, market conditions, and business needs.
Pay Range
The expected pay range for this position is:
$65,000.00 - $85,000.00The pay range provided is for the primary work location referenced in the Additional Job Details section of this job posting. Pay ranges may differ based on location. If the posting lists multiple job locations, a recruiter can confirm availability of the role and the relevant pay rage for the additional locations listed.
