Your primary responsibility is to help enable the procurement of goods and services for government departments and government funded bodies using the New Brunswick Opportunities Network (NBON). This role offers a unique opportunity to engage with various clients, making a positive impact on their experience with Strategic Procurement.

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Providing tier-one client support via email, telephone, or MS Teams to GNB, the broader public sector (e.g.: Municipalities, Crown Corporations, Universities, etc.), and private sector businesses.
Maintaining user access and updating vendor information
Facilitating communication with clients to help meet their needs
Performing daily system maintenance tasks, testing new system functionality and other related tasks as required
Transitioning to provide client support services for the upcoming Oracle Fusion Procurement module
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school or GED supplemented by a one (1) year related post-secondary diploma plus a minimum of five 5 year's customer service or related experience.
- Subject to the response to this competition, an equivalent combination of education, training and experience may be considered.
- Written and spoken competence in English and French is required. Please state your language capability.

ASSET QUALIFICATIONS: Preference may be given to candidates that demonstrate:
Experience with NBON
Experience processing complex computerized transactions

SALARY: $1,816 to $2,205 bi-weekly - Administrative Services Level 4 - Administrative Assistants, Clerical and Regulatory, Office, Data Processing and Duplicating Equipment Operation
