What is the opportunity?

This role offers an excellent opportunity to lead a dynamic team while driving operational excellence and process innovation. You'll develop your leadership capabilities by managing talented administrators, conducting coaching sessions, and building a high-performing culture. What will you do?

  • Team Oversight & Development – Direct administrators, ensure cross-training for backup coverage, conduct 1:1 discussions, provide feedback, and complete annual evaluations

  • Onboarding & Training – Onboard new hires using training maps and provide ongoing procedural and regulatory training

  • Task & Execution Management – Oversee task distribution, maintain accuracy and timeliness in client instructions, and conduct regular team meetings

  • Process Improvement – Review and strengthen processes, identify efficiency opportunities, and implement new initiatives

  • Problem Resolution – Identify and resolve recurring issues, implement corrective actions, and prevent error recurrence

  • Escalation & Support – Serve as escalation point for administrators, resolve non-standard issues, and provide guidance on cash payment operations

  • Risk Management – Identify process gaps that increase risk, highlight them for remediation, and communicate unresolved client issues to leadership

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration – Work collaboratively with other business units and client-facing teams to ensure positive outcomes and support Cash Payment Project initiatives

What do you need to succeed?

Must have:

  • Leadership & Team Management – Experience supervising teams, providing feedback, conducting evaluations, and developing staff

  • Operational Excellence – Proven track record of maintaining accuracy, timeliness, and effective task management and delegation

  • Problem-Solving & Process Improvement – Strong ability to identify operational issues, implement corrective actions, and drive efficiency improvements

  • Risk & Compliance Knowledge – Understanding of regulatory requirements and ability to identify and mitigate operational risks

  • Communication & Escalation – Strong interpersonal skills, ability to escalate appropriately, and experience collaborating across teams

  • Attention to Detail – Meticulous approach to accuracy, preventing errors, and ensuring quality deliverables

Nice-to-have:

  • Cash Payment Operations Experience – Direct experience in cash payment processing or similar financial operations

  • Lean Six Sigma Certification – Yellow Belt or higher certification to support process improvement initiatives and efficiency optimization

  • Advanced Excel Skills – Proficiency with macros and VBA to automate tasks and enhance operational efficiency.

  • Project Management Skills – Demonstrated success leading process improvement initiatives and managing implementation

Compensation for this position (including salary and discretionary/variable payments) will be determined by factors, including but not limited to candidate's experience, skills, registration status, performance, individual goals, market conditions, and business needs.

Pay Range

The expected pay range for this position is:

$67,000.00 - $110,000.00
