We are currently seeking a Corporate Services Student to join our Corporate Services team based in the Firm's Saint John, NB office.
Type of Position: Full-Time, Contract (4 Months)
Close Date: April 27, 2026
The Opportunity:
The Firm's Corporate Services Student provides administrative support to the Corporate Services Team. The Corporate Services Student will assist with administrative tasks, including filings, preparation of various correspondence, documents and reports from written & verbal instructions, sending invoices, scanning, photocopying, binding documents, and other projects as assigned.
The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, service-minded, and eager to gain hands-on experience in office administration. Enrollment in, or recent graduate from, a relevant post-secondary program is considered an asset.
