About the Role

The Receptionist is the first point of contact for the Fleet Operations office in Lunenburg, supporting daily office operations while providing professional, friendly service to visitors, employees, and external partners.

Key Responsibilities

Greet and assist visitors; manage front desk and switchboard

Answer and direct calls, respond to general inquiries, and process messages

Prepare and distribute Daily Hail Reports (shared weekend/holiday rotation)

Coordinate mail, courier packages, shipping, and receiving

Order and monitor office and kitchen supplies within budget

Assist with travel bookings (flights, accommodations, ground transportation)

Provide administrative support including data entry, invoicing, filing, and photocopying

Support meetings, boardroom bookings, and office events

Assist with other administrative duties as required

Qualifications & Skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Reliable, professional, and customer?service oriented

Strong organization and multitasking abilities

Team player with flexibility to support operational needs

Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office

Physical & Work Requirements

Ability to navigate the building, including stairs

Ability to lift and handle parcels up to 40 lbs

Regular hours: 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m., Monday to Friday

Shared responsibility for weekend/holiday coverage

Occasional overtime during peak periods
