Junior Accountant

We are looking for a Junior Accountantto join our team in St. John's, NL!

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist with preparation of monthly financial statements
• Balance sheet reconciliations and analysis
• Tracking and analysis of various statistics
• Assist with weekly management reports
• Preparation of government and other regulatory submissions
• Assist with the timely and accurate completion of the year-end audit
• Preparation of other analysis and reports
• Other related duties as required.

Qualifications:

• University degree or college diploma with a concentration in accounting
• Exceptional computer skills, experience with MS Office and other computer programs
• Detail oriented with the ability to multi task
• Ability to excel in a deadline oriented environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work on a team in a fast paced environment.
