What We're Looking For:
- Legally authorized to work in Canada (e.g., Canadian citizen, permanent resident, or valid work permit).
- Dependable, professional, and customer-focused
- Valid First Aid (Level C)
- Valid Criminal Record Check and Vulnerable Sector Check
- Tuberculosis (TB) Screening: All healthcare workers must undergo assessment for tuberculosis
- Vaccination Documentation: Proof of completion of the full series of childhood/primary vaccinations (Mumps, Measles, Rubella and Varicella)
- Tdap Vaccine: One dose of Tetanus, Diphtheria, and Acellular Pertussis (Tdap) vaccine required upon reaching 18 years of age
- Booster Requirement: Tdap booster required every 10 years
- Valid Class 5 Driver License & willingness to travel to sites within a reasonable driving distance
- English (oral and written) fluency
- Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or a related field preferred
- Must be able to provide certifications in Use of Force (UOF) and Management of Aggressive Behavior (MOAB)
- Applicants lacking these certifications can participate in Paladin's UOF/MOAB training program prior to onboarding. The training is unpaid as it is a pre-requisite; however, Paladin will cover all costs of the training with a 6-month commitment to the position/availability
- Hard-toed shoes or boots for safety compliance (composite-base, preferred in MRI or sensitive areas)
