Job Description

What is the Opportunity?

Oversees the operational functions and strategies of corporate programs. Manages activities through senior managers and managers and implements corporate and divisional strategic plans and budgets.

What will you do?

  • Evaluating and providing guidance during the general and detailed planning stages of organizational programs; developing strategies to ensure all projects within the program are cohesive and in line with organizational goals.

  • Overseeing the hiring, development and management of all project teams within the program, including both internal staff and external contractors.

  • Designing, establishing and monitoring the program's project management goals.

  • Collaborating with business executives on using a disciplined project management approach and coaching them on their project-related roles and responsibilities.

  • Demonstrated ability to build stakeholder relationships and communicate complex ideas

  • Strong working knowledge of Fraud IT and Operations in Banking environments

What do you need to succeed?

Must have:

  • 15+ years of technology experience in complex domains (e.g., Regulatory Reporting, Data Governance, Financial Risks)

  • Proven leadership of large-scale enterprise programs/projects ($15MM-$25MM+)

  • Expertise in Agile Development, Project Management, and Change Management

  • Strong working knowledge of Fraud functions (IT, Business), in a Banking environments

  • Demonstrated ability to build stakeholder relationships and communicate complex ideas

Nice-to-have:

  • Advanced degrees (MBA preferred)

  • Experience managing third-party vendors and large development teams

  • Certification in Agile/Scrum or DevOps practices
