Job Description

What is the opportunity?

We are seeking a highly skilled Manager, Onboarding Technology, to join our HR Digital Solutions team. This role will bridge technical expertise with functional knowledge to implement, configure, and optimize Workday and other HR systems across HCM, Recruitment, or other modules. The ideal candidate will collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, and vendors to deliver scalable, efficient, and user-centric HR digital solutions.

What will you do?

  • Lead end-to-end implementation of changes to Workday and other integrated systems, including requirement gathering, system configuration, testing, and deployment.

  • Provide support to the design and development of integrations to connect Workday with other enterprise systems.

  • Provide deep functional guidance on Workday modules (e.g. Recruitment, HCM, Security) and recommend best practices.

  • Troubleshoot complex technical issues, debug code, and optimize system performance.

  • Build custom reports, dashboards, and calculated fields using Workday's reporting tools.

  • Work closely with business analysts, project managers, and end-users to align technical solutions with business needs.

  • Create technical and functional documentation and provide training to end-users and internal teams.

  • Stay updated on Workday releases, evaluate new features, and propose enhancements to existing systems.

What do you need to succeed?

Required education, skills and experience:

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with Workday functional enhancements, supports, and transformational initiatives.

  • Workday Pro Certified in Recruitment, HCM, and Reporting.

  • Strong understanding of Workday's data model, security frameworks, and integration.

  • Strong understanding of business processes of employee lifecycle.

  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred education, skills and experience:

  • Experienced in end-to-end onboarding process on a global scale and technologies that support the process.

  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

  • Knowledge of cloud-based ERP systems beyond Workday (e.g. Phenom, SAP, ServiceNow).

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analyst or a related field.

  • Knowledge of Workday Studio, EIBs, API or Core Connectors.
