This position is located in Iqaluit.
The Employer Support Representative is responsible for delivering essential front-line centralized services to employers.
Serving as the first point of contact for employers, the Employer Support Representative responds to all inquiries, requests for assistance and/or support in a timely and efficient manner. This role focuses on resolving Tier 1 inquiries and issues at the first point of contact, while ensuring that more complex or specialized matters are efficiently escalated to the appropriate personnel. Through proactive communication and strong customer service, the Employer Support Representative supports effective employer engagement and contributes to the overall efficiency of the Employer Services unit and the WSCC.
Here are a few ways you will make a difference:
- Providing initial troubleshooting and technical support for WSCC Connect.
- Assisting employers with navigating WSCC services and provide support for first-level employer queries.
- Providing employer account maintenance and payment processing.
- Maintaining the Alternative Assessment Program (AAP) filing system and database.
What you bring to the role:
- A Business Administration Certificate or equivalent combined with two years of related experience working in an inbound/outbound call center environment and/or customer service-related field.

Equivalencies: May be considered based on a one-year of directly related experience equivalent to one year of education or one year of education for one year of experience.
