Horizon Health Network is actively recruiting an Admission / Registration / Telecommunications Clerk to join our team!
This opportunty is CASUAL and is located at Sussex Health Centre in Sussex.
As an Admission / Registration / Telecommunications Clerk, you are responsible for operating the switchboard and public address system and performing patient registration/scheduling duties. Respinsibilities may include:
- Providing answering and messaging services
- Providing reception services and responding to inquiries
- Registering and/or scheduling patients
- Preparing and maintaining patient records
- Monitoring and responding to emergency codes
- Performing clerical duties
Who you are
- You possess a diploma in an administrative support program, with training/experience in medical terminology.
- You have written and spoken competence in English (Advanced).
- You have spoken competence in French (Intermediate Plus).
