Lead Fullstack Developer (Java/Angular)

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and visionary Lead Full Stack Developer with expertise in AI-driven development to lead our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying scalable web applications and services while integrating AI technologies to enhance functionality, efficiency, and user experience.

As a technical leader, you will guide a team of developers, collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, and drive the adoption of AI-powered solutions across our development lifecycle. What will you do?

Technical Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of developers, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Define and enforce best practices for coding, testing, and AI integration.

AI-Driven Development: Leverage AI/ML frameworks to enhance development workflows and automate repetitive tasks. Design and implement AI-powered features, such as recommendation systems, predictive analytics, and intelligent automation.

Full Stack Development: Front-End: Build responsive, user-friendly interfaces using modern frameworks. Back-End: Develop and maintain robust APIs and services using technologies like Node.js, Python, Java, or .NET.

Database Management: Design and optimize databases (SQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB) for performance and scalability.

Integration and Deployment: Automate testing, deployment, and monitoring processes using CI/CD pipelines and tools. Ensure seamless integration of AI-powered components into existing systems and workflows.

Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with product managers, designers, and QA engineers to deliver high-quality solutions. Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to strategic technology decisions.

What do you need to succeed?

Must-have:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience) 5+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer, including at least 2 years in a leadership role.

• Proficiency in front-end technologies Angular, Ract or Vue.js and strong back-end development skills with experience in Java.

• Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and microservices architecture.

• Knowledge of database systems (SQL and NoSQL) and database optimization techniques.

• Familiarity with Git and collaborative workflows (e.g., GitFlow).

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).

• Experience with AI-powered development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, OpenAI APIs).

Nice-to-have:

• Experience with testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Mocha, Cypress) and test-driven development (TDD).

• Knowledge of DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code (IaC).

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira or Trello.

• Understanding of accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG) and performance optimization techniques.

• Experience in developing AI-powered features, such as recommendation systems, predictive analytics, or intelligent chatbots.
