Purpose Contributes to the overall success of Corporate Functions Finance by supporting Financial Management for Global HR. The Senior Analyst supports the delivery of financial planning, analysis, and reporting to enable effective expense management and informed decision-making. The role contributes to the production of annual budget, business line allocations, and ongoing financial oversight, while ensuring strong financial controls and timely management reporting for Corporate Functions Leadership and HR Partners. Knowledge and Experience:
- University degree in Accounting or Finance or similar discipline
- Successfully completed, or working towards, a CPA or equivalent designation an asset
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with the perspective of continually seeking opportunities for improvement
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, including ability to create / manage large financial models, pivot tables.
- Experience with EGL, OBI, Hyperion, SmartView, Power BI and Alteryx is an asset
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment with peers and superiors across organizational lines.
Ability to sustain a broad-based knowledge of the Bank's and Corporate Functions' strategy, operations, policies and procedures.
