Service New Brunswick (SNB) is seeking a strategic and transformational leader to join the Enterprise Solution Services Branch as Manager of Systems Integration Services, leading enterprise change and modernization of integration solutions to cloud technologies and service models. Technology is at the heart of government services delivered to the citizens of New Brunswick. Our team implements and supports the technologies that power Health Care, Education, Justice, Environment, Economic Development, Social Services, Transportation, Agriculture, and many other sectors. Who are you?
You are a proven change leader with strong technical expertise in Microsoft Azure and enterprise integration. You understand that successful cloud modernization requires leadership, stakeholder engagement, structured change management, and operational discipline.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead the enterprise transition to Azure Cloud platform, with a focus on Azure Integration Services, and execute a multi-year modernization roadmap.
Provide guidance on integration approach for strategic initiatives
Develop and implement structured change management strategies to support migration from legacy platforms.
Provide leadership, coaching, and performance management to the Integration Services team.
Establish governance, standards, and architectural guardrails aligned with enterprise cloud strategy.
Champion DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure-as-code within Azure environments.
Ensure high availability, reliability, security, and performance of integration services.
Collaborate with business teams, project managers, architects, vendors, and other IT teams.
Report regularly to senior leadership on modernization progress, risks, and value realization.
Drive continuous improvement, innovation, and adoption of Azure Cloud Services.
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
A relevant university degree and a minimum of sever (7) years of progressive IT experience including leadership responsibility OR a two (2) year college diploma in a related discipline and a minimum of ten (10) years of progressive IT industry experience including leadership responsibility. Subject to the response to this competition, an equivalent combination of education, training and experience may be considered.

Spoken proficiency in English at the Intermediate Plus (2+) level is required.

ASSET QUALIFICATIONS:
Microsoft Azure, with a focus on Azure Integration Services, including Logic Apps, API Management, Service Bus, Azure Functions
Enterprise cloud migration or modernization programs
DevOps implementation and CI/CD automation
Public sector digital transformation initiatives
Azure certifications (e.g., Azure Solutions Architect, Azure DevOps Engineer)
Formal change management certification (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR)

OPERATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
Some weekday evening and weekend work hours may be required on occasion and candidates must possess a valid driver's license.

Salary: $93,210- $ 112,788 -annually Pay Band 7 – Management and Non-Union Pay Plan
