Job Title: Production Worker (Food Manufacturing)

Shifts: Rotating Days & Nights | 12-Hour Shifts (7AM-7PM / 7PM-7AM)

Wage: $18.60/hour

Job Overview:
We are currently hiring Production Workers to join a dynamic food manufacturing facility.. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced production environment, offering opportunities for long-term placement for standout performers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform tasks in food production, including slicing, sorting, packaging, and quality assurance
• Work in varying environments that may be cold, damp, or hot, depending on the production area
• Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work area
• Adhere to all food safety and company safety protocols
• Lift and move items weighing at least 50 lbs regularly

Requirements:

• Ability to work 12-hour rotating shifts (days and nights)
• Physically fit and comfortable working in a fast-paced setting
• Safety boots required (other PPE will be provided)
• Must be able to pass a clean background check
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Forklift skills considered and asset-must have a valid forklift license
• PPE supplied (excluding safety boots)
