What is the opportunity?
The Senior Manager, Product Enablement & Business Management will have end-to-end accountability for Business Readiness and Go-to-Market activities for RBC Insurance Wealth and Travel, along with strategy development and business management activities within RBCI Product & Pricing. This role will be responsible for the delivery and execution of the RBCI strategic roadmap, enabled by strong partnerships across RBC Insurance and effective tracking of key success metrics. The incumbent will also play a pivotal role in the development of strategic objectives, ensuring alignment across prioritized initiatives to strengthen RBC's leadership position within the Insurance industry to achieving its Realize 2026 business objectives.
What will you do?
Strategy Development:
• Lead high level strategy and business case development across all products, identifying and recommending opportunities to drive alignment and new partnership opportunities within Product, across insurance and across the enterprise. This includes current state analysis, financial benefits and using data to tell a compelling story.
• Key contributor to strategic initiatives that help grow our business and support the Product and Pricing team to deliver on the product strategy by identifying cross product synergies across Individual, Group, Travel and Creditor products.
Performance Management and Monitoring:
• Lead the Product and Pricing team through monitoring and reporting on key Performance Management activities in collaboration with Product and Pricing Teams, sales, and digital, including through setting and monitoring OKRs, Annual Prioritization and Planning, Operating Committee updates, Quarterly business reviews and board updates ensuring the team is delivering on key business objectives in alignment with Insurance Strategic Priorities.
Execution:
• Develop and lead the Go-to-Market Strategy for the RBC Insurance Wealth Product using agile ways of working to support new product launches, working in conjunction with key internal partners (Product & Pricing, Digital, Operations, Sales, Marketing etc.), ensuring successful delivery to clients.
Business Management:
• Support Senior Vice President in critical business management activities that will help drive a high performing team leading the team to product growth and profitable outcomes.
• Support the teams acquisition mandate by generating campaign ideas and partnering with business and functional partners to identify and assess risks ahead of product launches and to help develop effective mitigation strategies.
What will you need to succeed?
Must have
• University Degree or equivalent
• 5 to 7 years of Insurance industry experience, or related consulting experience, with a preference in Wealth (annuities and/or seg funds) or Travel Insurance
• Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build and leverage partnerships with cross-functional and external stakeholders to drive execution on strategic roadmap
• Adaptable to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple competing priorities
• Strategic mindset, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and a keen attention to detail
• Storyboarding and business casing, with strong financial acumen
• Innovative outlook, capable of thinking outside the box to develop ideas and solutions

Compensation for this position (including salary and discretionary/variable payments) will be determined by factors, including but not limited to candidate's experience, skills, registration status, performance, individual goals, market conditions, and business needs.
Pay Range
The expected pay range for this position is:
$90,000.00 - $140,000.00The pay range provided is for the primary work location referenced in the Additional Job Details section of this job posting. Pay ranges may differ based on location.
