We are seeking an Inclusiveness Co-ordinator to join the Inclusiveness team. This person will play an integral role in building a more diverse, inclusive and equitable culture at EY. The Inclusiveness Co-ordinator will be responsible for supporting the team to develop implement and lead programs and/or initiatives that will encourage diversity, promote equity, and support psychological safety for all employees. The person will liaise with internal teams such as brand marketing and communications, recruitment, and business development. This person will also have the opportunity engage and build relationships with external organizations and all professional networks.

Your key responsibilities
- Manage calendars, coordinate meetings, and monitor shared mailboxes.
- Support event logistics, including on?site and virtual delivery, vendor coordination, and inter-office couriers
- Prepare and format documents such as toolkits, agendas, and presentation materials.
- Support expense tracking, invoicing, and budget coordination
- Attend network meetings and support sponsorship relationships for internal and external events
- Create inclusive content and resources for EY employees across internal platforms
- Support regulatory and compliance reporting for government bodies (e.g., Federal Contractors Program, Employment Equity, Disability Index)
- Maintain internal SharePoint sites, distribution lists, and mailing lists
- Compile and maintain reporting that consolidates initiatives, KPIs, sponsorships, community relationships, and related data into measurable outcomes
- Support onboarding training sessions for new hires (WTEY), including assistance with Self?Identification (Self?ID) activities
Skills and attributes for success
- At least 1–2 years of related work or volunteer experience supporting inclusion initiatives or Human Resources functions
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Ability to apply inclusive practices in meetings, events, and communications
- Strong interpersonal skills across levels (staff, leaders, partners)
- Ability to coordinate across networks, committees, and business units
- Foundational understanding of Inclusion concepts, language, and best practices
- Experience and skills in handling sensitive or confidential information with discretion
- Demonstrate project and change management skills, and be able to manage several projects and deadlines concurrently
- Experience supporting national and global stakeholders
- This role involves interaction with internal and external clients and professionals nationally and globally. Professional competency in the English language is therefore a requirement of this role. Bilingualism in both French and English is considered an asset.

EY reports salary ranges in accordance with applicable provincial pay transparency legislation. Individual salaries within the anticipated salary ranges noted below are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to internal equity, education, relevant experience, knowledge, and applicable skill sets.
- Toronto: $52,000 to $78,000
- London/Waterloo/Ottawa: $52,000 to $78,000
- Vancouver: $52,000 to $78,000
- Victoria: $52,000 to $78,000
