Job Overview:

Advantage Personnel is hiring on behalf of our client, a growing electronics manufacturer in Dartmouth, for an Electronics Assembler with soldering experience. This hands-on role is ideal for someone who excels at fine-detail work, follows technical instructions precisely, and takes pride in assembling dependable, high-quality electronic components .

Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
• Gather components, tools, and materials needed for each assembly task
• Take precise measurements to ensure all parts meet specifications
• Select, modify, align, and assemble parts to build complex electronic units
• Use soldering techniques-manual or machine-assisted-to achieve accurate assembly
• Maintain equipment, tools, and workspace in proper condition
• Record production quantities and track work time accurately
• Identify and report defects, malfunctions, or assembly issues

Requirements:

• Prior electronic soldering experience is required
• Ability to read and understand blueprints, schematics, and technical documents
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent manual dexterity and high attention to detail
• Comfortable with repetitive tasks and extended periods of sitting or standing
• Must have a pair of CSA-approved safety shoes
