Job Title: General Labour
Location: Elmsdale, Nova Scotia
Hours: 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM
Pay Rate: $19.00/hour

Job Overview:

Advantage Personnel is seeking a reliable General Labour / Driver Helper to assist with daily delivery operations in Elmsdale. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys physical, fast-paced work and takes pride in completing tasks safely and efficiently. Working closely with the driver, you'll help load, move, and secure materials throughout the day.

Responsibilities

• Assist with loading and unloading materials from the delivery truck
• Safely handle and move heavy items including windows, doors, and related products
• Ensure all items are properly secured for safe transport
• Perform general labour duties and support the driver or supervisor as needed

Requirements:

• Ability to lift and carry 50 lbs or more
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and a willingness to learn
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Previous experience in labour, warehousing, or delivery is an asset
