Job Title: Warehouse Labourer
Location: Dartmouth, Nova Scotia
Shift/Hours: Ongoing Assignment, Monday - Friday

Pay Rate: $18/hour

Job Overview:

Advantage Personnel is currently seeking strong, dependable Warehouse Labourers to support operations in a busy Dartmouth facility. This is a physically demanding role suited for individuals who take pride in hard work, enjoy staying active, and thrive in a fast-paced warehouse environment

Responsibilities:

• Safely load and unload boxes and materials
• Lift and move items weighing 80-90 lbs consistently throughout the shift
• Organize, relocate, and maintain warehouse inventory
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and hazard-free
• Assist supervisors with general warehouse duties as required

Requirements:

• Ability to repeatedly lift 80-90 lbs
• Comfortable performing continuous, physically demanding tasks
• Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused
• Able to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team
• CSA-approved steel-toe safety boots required
