Job Title: General Labour

Location: Dartmouth, Nova Scotia

Shift/Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM start

Pay Rate: $19/hour

Job Overview:

Advantage Personnel is looking for a motivated and dependable General Labourer to join our client's warehouse team in Dartmouth, NS. This entry-level, hands-on position offers on-the-job training and the chance to gain valuable experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment. You'll help keep operations running smoothly by unloading trucks, operating equipment, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

Responsibilities:

• Unload trucks and organize incoming materials efficiently.
• Operate a clothing bailer (training will be provided).
• Perform light cleaning and maintain a safe, organized work area.
• Use a pallet jack to move materials as needed.
• Support general warehouse duties as directed by the supervisor.

Requirements:

• CSA-approved steel-toe safety boots required.
• Ability to lift and move items safely throughout the shift.
• Willingness to learn and follow directions.
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.
• Strong attention to safety and detail.
