The HR Business Partner (HRBP) is a strategic advisor and trusted partner to business leaders, responsible for aligning HR strategies with organizational and departmental goals. This role drives talent management, performance and culture, workforce planning, and compliance while leveraging data?driven insights to support informed decision?making. Who you are
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience, including at least 2 years in a business partner or advisory role.
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, employment law, and HR best practices.
- Experience in performance management, workforce planning, and talent acquisition.
- Proficiency in HR analytics and data?driven decision?making
What you will do
- Strategic Alignment: Partner with leaders to translate business strategy into HR initiatives, align workforce planning with organizational goals, and advise on organizational design and restructuring.
- Talent Management: Support talent acquisition, onboarding, succession planning, leadership development, and retention strategies; identify and develop high?potential talent.
- Performance & Culture: Support performance management processes, including coaching and corrective actions; promote a high?performance, inclusive culture and embed company values.
- Workforce Planning & Analytics: Develop workforce plans and use HR data, reporting, and analytics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities that inform business decisions.
- Employee Relations & Coaching: Serve as a trusted advisor on employee relations matters; coach leaders on conflict resolution, people management, and policy application.
- Change Management: Support and guide organizational change initiatives, assessing impacts and driving communication, readiness, and adoption strategies.
- Compensation & Rewards: Advise on compensation decisions, reward programs, and recognition strategies to ensure internal equity and market competitiveness.
- Compliance, Safety & Risk Management: Ensure compliance with labor laws, policies, and safety standards; mitigate HR?related risks and partner with legal/Labour Relations on complex cases.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Build strong relationships with leaders and HR partners; collaborate with Centers of Excellence and HR Operations to deliver integrated HR solutions.
