Position Overview
We are seeking a Sales Representative to join our Scarborough team. While based locally, this role supports recruitment and client services across the Greater Toronto and Hamilton Area (GTHA) and Durham Region. You will play a key role in growing our client base, nurturing existing accounts, and driving business development initiatives in collaboration with our Ontario branch network.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and support existing client accounts, ensuring high service standards and client retention
  • Act as the primary liaison for client communication and issue resolution
  • Lead and mentor the accounts team to achieve performance goals
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive B2B outreach
  • Develop and execute sales and recruitment strategies tailored to client needs
  • Track performance metrics and contribute to weekly branch reporting
  • Prepare professional sales presentations and documentation for both prospects and existing clients
  • Analyze market conditions and competitor activity to support strategic planning
  • Represent the Advantage Personnel brand with professionalism and integrity

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a sales-focused role; staffing industry experience is an asset but not required
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and general office software
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage competing deadlines
  • Reliable access to a personal vehicle is required for local travel

Compensation: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year (plus bonuses and commission)
