Location: Bedford, Nova Scotia

Shifts Available:

• Morning: 6AM - 2PM
• Afternoon: 2PM - 10PM

Job Type: Full-time, Ongoing

Pay Rate: $20.75 per hour

Job Overview:

Advantage Personnel is currently seeking reliable and motivated Warehouse Associates to support operations at a busy beverage distribution centre in Bedford. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a high-energy, physically active environment and enjoy working as part of a strong warehouse team.

Responsibilities :

• Receive, inspect, and organize high-volume beverage shipments
• Pick and build orders accurately for retail and commercial distribution
• Load and unload product, including cases and palletized stock
• Safely operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts (if certified)
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work environment
• Follow all company policies and warehouse safety procedures

Requirements :

• Minimum 2 years of warehouse experience preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift
• Comfortable standing, walking, and performing physical tasks for extended periods
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced setting
• CSA-approved safety boots required
• Forklift certification is considered an asset
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet productivity targets
