Scissor Lift Operator

Job Title: Scissor Lift (Skyjack) Operator
Rate of Pay: $21.00/hour
Available Shift: Days (Mon-Fri, 7:00am - 3:30pm)
Location: Oakville, Ontario - Ford Drive & North Service Rd
Start Date: ASAP

We are hiring Scissor Lift (Skyjack) Operators for a day shift in Oakville. This is an international company where their Oakville site distributes personal care items including soaps, lotions, shampoos, conditioners and more. Candidates must have a minimum of 1-2 years of previous operating experience and a valid forklift license.

Job Duties:

• Safely load and unload goods from trucks and trailers
• Operate a scissor lift (Skyjack) and/or Raymond Reach Forklift
• Accurately complete shipping, receiving, and related documentation
• Pick and scan items using an RF Scanner to fulfill customer orders
• Perform routine inventory counts and assist with stock organization
• Prepare outbound shipments by building, wrapping, and staging pallets
• Handle general warehouse duties, including lifting items up to 50 lbs. and maintaining a clean, organized workspace

Job Requirements:

• Valid in-house or 3rd party Scissor lift forklift license
• Minimum of 1-2 years of Scissor lift forklift experience in a distribution center
• Strong communication and organization skills
• Safety oriented
• Comfortable lifting up to 50lbs
• Willing to provide Criminal Record Search
