The Opportunity
SEDLER Community Employment Corporation is seeking an experienced professional to serve as Provincial Coordinator, supporting system-level improvements to supported employment services across Newfoundland and Labrador. This contract role focuses on coordination, facilitation, and practical documentation to support the implementation of recommendations from a recent Supported Employment Program Review. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with supported employment agencies and partners, acting as a neutral and trusted facilitator. This is a focused, time-limited role with a clearly defined mandate and meaningful provincial impact.
Key Areas of Focus
- Coordinating the development of shared tools, guidelines, and processes across agencies
- Supporting clear documentation of roles, responsibilities, and governance practices
- Facilitating collaboration and alignment to strengthen consistency and reduce duplication
- Compiling and sharing provincial resources that support persons with disabilities
- Contributing to policy-related work and high-level role criteria, as appropriate
- Providing regular progress updates and a final summary report
