Job Title: CorCare Project - Customer Service and Concierge
Location: Waterford Hospital
Employment Type: Temporary Casual Position
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 07:30–15:30 hours
Pay Rate: $19.67 per hour
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Service: Provide professional and friendly assistance to visitors, clients, and staff.
- Concierge Support: Offer directions, information, and general assistance within the facility.
- Computer Troubleshooting: Provide basic support for common computer or device issues.
- Wayfinding: Help individuals navigate the facility accurately and efficiently.
- General Logistics: Assist with coordination of access, information flow, and general operational tasks.
- Problem Solving: Respond to day-to-day challenges and escalate issues when necessary.
- Other Reasonable Duties: Support additional tasks as assigned to ensure smooth operations.
Prerequisites:
- Clear criminal record check and vulnerable sector check
- Valid class 5 Driver License
- English (oral and written) fluency is a must
- Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or a related field preferred.
