Manager – Agentic AI Specialist

As a Manager – Agentic AI Specialist, you will focus on designing, implementing and scaling AI-driven solutions that leverage autonomous and semi-autonomous agents to solve complex business problems. You will work closely with clients and internal teams to deliver high-quality AI solutions aligned with EY's responsible AI principles.

The opportunity

This role provides hands-on exposure to cutting-edge agentic and generative AI technologies while offering the opportunity to grow as a technical and delivery leader. You will support client engagements, contribute to solution design and help operationalize AI capabilities across organizations.

Your key responsibilities

• Design, build and deploy agentic and agent-based AI solutions, including intelligent workflows and orchestration layers
• Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to translate requirements into AI-driven use cases
• Implement AI models, integrations and automations using cloud-native technologies
• Support AI governance, testing, monitoring and performance optimization across environments
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to EY AI assets, accelerators and delivery standards

Skills and attributes for success

• Hands-on experience with AI/ML development, agentic systems or generative AI solutions
• Familiarity with cloud platforms, APIs, data pipelines and MLOps practices
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to balance technical depth with business context in a consulting environment

To qualify for the role, you must have

• A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science or a related field
• 5–8+ years of relevant experience in AI, analytics or advanced technology roles
• Consulting or client-facing delivery experience is an asset

Toronto - $110000 to $160000
EY reports salary ranges in accordance with applicable provincial pay transparency legislation.
