Job Details:
Title : Bilingual Office Assistant
Pay : $2 1.00
Shifts : Monday to Friday ( 8:30am to 4:30pm )
Location : Gatineau, QC
Job Responsibilities
- Process billing, invoices, credits, and payments accurately.
- Verify driver routes and supporting documentation; submit cash and cheques to Accounts Receivable.
- Prepare and process credit card payments and attach receipts to invoices.
- Print, organize, and distribute invoices following logistics approval.
- Maintain organized electronic and physical billing records.
- Manage Order Desk emails, web order billing, and ADD orders.
- Forward invoices to internal departments and enter invoices into customer portals as required.
- Provide administrative and operational support to the team.
Qualifications
- Bilingual in English and French (spoken and written) - required.
- Experience in billing, accounts receivable, administration, or customer service.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Able to multitask, work independently, and collaborate in a fast-paced environment.
