Job Description:
JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Manager, Audit Stakeholder Communications will provide key support in driving impactful, timely and efficient communications and content to the Audit Division's key stakeholders, including the Bank's boards of directors, senior business management and regulators, as well as for Audit leadership and the Division at large.
This individual will be primarily responsible for the day-to-day tactical execution of the Audit Division's global communications strategy and ensuring division-wide adherence to communications standards and processes, most especially with respect to board audit committee, senior management and assurance results reporting.
Additionally, this individual will be responsible for helping create and coordinate tailored content for the Audit division through a variety of channels including web, email and events.
The ability and drive to identify high ROI opportunities and formulate practical solutions to support continuous process improvements (with a keen eye toward simplicity and efficiency) are also essential.
The successful candidate will be broadly acquainted with the financial services industry as well as effective communications strategies and principles, in addition to having a fundamental understanding of the unique requirements for each communications channel and the needs of differentiated audiences.
This individual will have superior written, verbal, presentation and interpersonal communication skills. A strong work and ownership ethic as well as exceptional organization, project and time management skills, in addition to a strong desire to learn, are a must.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Tactically execute the Audit Division's global communications strategy
- Support real-time, insightful feedback to Audit leadership and Audit teams on the clarity and effectiveness of communications directed to various stakeholders, including boards of directors, senior business management, auditees and regulators
- Ideate, create and deliver compelling multi-channel communications and content for all stakeholders, including intra-Division communications and content aimed at driving awareness of important organizational updates and as well as overall engagement
- Deliver Division-wide communications-related training
- Support the organization and prioritization of the Stakeholder Communications function's book of work
- Manage and maintain the Audit's Division's inventory of communications templates and artifacts
- Manage, maintain and serve as SME for the Audit Division's communications policies and procedures
- Liaise with various internal and external partners, as necessary

EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION:
- 7+ years of relevant experience
- Previous communications and/or audit experience is preferred
- Undergraduate degree required; relevant professional certifications an asset
