It also caters to a significant seasonal influx of cottagers and tourists who flock to the picturesque Kawartha Lakes Region and Trent River System.

Job Description

Qualifications

• Valid Ontario Security Guard License
• Proof of COVID-19 Vaccine (minimum double vaccination)
• Valid First Aid & CPR - Level C Certificate (from a WSIB-approved provider)
• Copy of your Immunization Records (Measles, Mumps, Rubella, Varicella, TB Skin Test - Step 1 & 2)
• • How to get hired in healthcare
  • Immunization Form
• Minimum 1 year of security experience required
• Minimum 1 year of healthcare experience preferred
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills, French is considered an asset
• Must be able to provide certifications in Use of Force (UoF) and Management of Aggressive Behaviour (MOAB)
• • Applicants lacking these certifications can opt into Paladin's UoF/MOAB training program prior to their onboarding training to ensure they meet the requirements of the position
  • Please be aware: The UoF/MOAB training is not paid as it is a pre-requisite, however Paladin will cover all of the costs of the training with a 6 month commitment to the position/availability
