Jump Recruitment has partnered with ClearRisk in their search for a Senior Account Executive. This is a full-time position in office or remote.
ClearRisk is a rapidly scaling SaaS company. We are searching for a driven individual to join our sales team as a Senior Account Executive. Reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer, the ideal candidate is an entrepreneur at heart, has a passion for building external relationships, driving sales and all the benefits and challenges that go along with that!

You'll have strong team support and a proven, mature SaaS solution that's currently in-use within over 350 organizations in North America providing documented results.

What you'll do:

  • Hunt, grow, nurture and close new business opportunities;
  • Work directly with ClearRisk's BDR and Marketing team during the hand-off process from introductory meeting (performed by BDRs) to Discovery Meeting (performed by AE);
  • Collaborate with ClearRisk's Director of Risk to partner on discovery meetings and uncover challenges and understand what success looks like for each prospect;
  • Maintain excellent CRM hygiene: clean next steps, challenges to overcome, closing dates, forecasts and more;
  • Build mutual action plans and guide prospects through their buying process, many of whom are buying software for the first time;
  • Accountable for monthly, quarterly and annual pipeline and revenue targets;
  • Own every aspect of the sales process and accountable for pipeline velocity targets and win rate;
  • Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts;
  • Work with our Product Management Team to deliver feedback from new and prospective customers regarding desired functionalities and other features, especially those offered by competitors;
  • Work with the Customer Success team in support (but not accountable for) post-sale engagement and upsell efforts.


What you bring:

  • You have post-secondary education completed - ideally in marketing, business, economics, or technical field;
  • You have at least 5 years of sales experience and can demonstrate knowledge of sales process, preferably with SaaS products and services;
  • Majority of experience has been working upper mid-market/complex sales opportunities involving multiple decision makers and influencers;
  • You've worked as a member of a team where you've strived to consistently meet and exceed set targets;
  • You have excellent written and oral communication skills, meticulous, versatile, sense of responsibility, open-minded, team-spirited;
  • You're able to travel as required within the US and Canada.
