Customer Service Representative with Manufacturing Experience

Location: Brampton, ON

Pay Rate: $21-$22 per hour

Shift: 8:00am-4:30pm

Shifts Available: Monday to Friday

As we continue to expand our workforce, we are seeking motivated Customer Service Representatives for potential upcoming assignments with our clients in the Brampton and Bolton areas.

Responsibilities of Position:

• Receive and process customer orders
• Manage a large number of phone calls
• Help build sustainable relationships with each client through trust and a thorough understanding of their needs
• Resolve customer complaints proactively
• Assist in production scheduling
• Provide assistance to our sales team as required
• Proactive contact with customers
• Other administrative duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• 3 - 5 years in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Understanding of the manufacturing industry - Coatings experience is a plus
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Proven customer support experience
• Prioritizes and multi-tasks with ease
• Excellent communication skills
• The ability to meet deadlines
• The ability to deal with different personalities with ease
• Works well under pressure
• Detail oriented
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite - able to learn new software with ease
• The ability to read, write, and speak English

Desired Education:

• High school or higher
