Steele Hyundai is looking for a Used Car Sales Manager who can control inventory, drive accountability, and lead a team to consistent results. This role is not about "holding the desk." It's about ownership.

Compensation: Ability to earn $100,000+ annually, plus vehicle allowance, with earnings tied to performance and results.
How You'll Make an Impact:
- Ignite your team by inspiring and motivating the pre-owned sales staff to reach ambitious targets while building a culture of accountability and growth.
- Take command of the operation from inventory strategy to deal structuring, delivering an exceptional Hyundai experience every step of the way.
- Harness the power of data using PBS, vAuto, and Excel to drive smart, performance-focused decisions that keep the business ahead.
- Shape future leaders by coaching, mentoring, and developing your team to sharpen skills, elevate presentations, and maximize results.
- Collaborate to win with finance, marketing, and leadership, aligning strategies that create measurable impact across the dealership.
- Stay ahead of the curve by monitoring market trends, customer expectations, and competitor activity to proactively guide inventory and sales strategy.
Skills that Drive Success:
- 2–3 years in a Sales Manager or similar automotive leadership role, preferably in a high-volume pre-owned operation.
- Strong analytical skills and comfort working with data to drive performance.
- Experience with vAuto, PBS, and Excel for reporting and performance tracking.
- A natural leader with excellent communication, presentation, and coaching skills.
- Experience in automotive retail is preferred, with proven success in driving team performance and results.
- Solution-oriented mindset with the ability to navigate challenges and turn opportunities into results.
- Valid driver's license.
