Assistant Shop Supervisor

Lounsbury Heavy-Duty Truck Centre in Moncton is looking for an Assistant Shop Supervisor to join our team!

• Supervise and assist the service technicians when necessary to ensure that quality standards and productivity requirements are met.
• Train the technicians in service methods, safety, policies, and procedures.
• Manage targeted goals and service efficiencies to ensure the ongoing success of the service department.
• Confirm customers concerns and follow proper diagnostic procedures to resolve customers concerns and questions.

• Licensed Truck and Trailer Service Technician would be an asset.
• Possess a valid driver's license.
• Ability to work independently in a busy environment.
• Leadership ability and team-building skills to effectively supervise staff.
• Able to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing.
• High degree of resourcefulness, flexibility, and adaptability.
• Strong prioritization skills.
• Must be able to push, pull, and move equipment and/or supplies of more than 50 pounds.
• Computer-literate and technical background.
• Previous supervisory role would be an asset.
