Job Title: Branch Accounts Manager

Location: Moncton, NB

Annual Wage: $48,000-$55,000

Shift: Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm

Position Summary

The Branch Accounts Manager is responsible for generating new business and growing existing client relationships through high-volume outbound sales calls, regular client visits, and consultative hiring solutions. This is a commission based role that requires a proactive sales mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to deliver value by understanding client workforce needs and matching them with our services.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development/Client Engagement

  • Conduct a high volume of outbound calls to prospects and clients to generate leads and sales opportunities
  • Achieve branch sales targets and contribute to revenue growth
  • Visit clients on-site to build relationships, understand their hiring needs, and offer tailored solutions
  • Maintain regular follow-ups and ensure client satisfaction

Account Management

  • Manage and grow existing accounts to increase retention and service adoption
  • Identify opportunities to upsell staffing services based on client needs
  • Handle client inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain trust and reliability

Reporting & CRM

  • Log all sales activities, calls, meetings, and client notes in CRM
  • Provide regular updates on pipeline status and performance metrics
  • Support branch planning with accurate forecasts and insights

Qualifications

  • Post-secondary diploma or degree in Business, Sales, Marketing or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 2+ years in sales, business development, or account management-staffing industry experience is a strong asset
  • Strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable with high volume outreach and meeting activity goals
  • Ability to travel locally for client visits and networking
  • Proficient with CRM and Microsoft Office tools
