About the Role
We are currently looking for a Security Analyst I to work in the Digital Health Cyber Security team. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
? Assist with the planning and implementation of NLHS?s security program.
? Research and develop security safeguards based on industry leading practices.
? Administer and monitor existing security systems.
? Create security procedures and perform vulnerability assessments.
? Respond to security incidents and assist with project delivery.
? Work with multiple internal IT functional teams to achieve security objectives.
? Support best practices and processes within projects, programs, and operations.

About You
Your education and experience include:
? Degree or Diploma in Computer Science or related IT field.
? A minimum of 2 years? experience in Information Systems Security or Enterprise Information Systems.

You have the following skills and abilities:
? Strong analytical, problem solving, and technical skills.
? Motivated individual who enjoys staying current with new technologies.
? Superior interpersonal skills (written and verbal communications).
? The ability to build and maintain effective working relationships.
? Strong awareness of privacy, security, and confidentiality.

It would be an asset if you have:
? Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) or other security designations.
? Knowledge, understanding, and experience working in an eHealth environment.
? Previous exposure or experience with TRAs/VAs/Penetration Testing.
? Previous exposure or experience with Scripting products such as PowerShell, Phyton or KQL.

Demonstrated equivalencies may be considered.
