With deep roots in Greater Moncton, the YMCA delivers essential programs and services across aquatics, childcare, youth engagement, community health, support and outreach for vulnerable populations, and more. For over 150 years, the YMCA has been a cornerstone of well-being in Greater Moncton. Our annual revenues of over $10 million reflect growth of 80% over the past 5 years. As we enter a period of continued expansion including major facility projects, new partnership opportunities, and increasing demand for our services the next CEO will steward this growth with humility, strategic clarity, and an unwavering commitment to inclusion and community impact.

This role requires a leader who is as comfortable in government meetings as they are on the program floor, someone who can engage donors, inspire staff, steward public trust, and champion community impact.
